Remington, New Model Army, CAL: 44, MFG: 1863-75, SN: 39250, Single Action Percussion Revolver, 7 1/2'' octagon barrel. The wood grips are good & solid, displaying contusions, nicks & small corner chips. The metal finish has worn gun metal gray, toning to a brown patina, with spotting & speckling. The barrel address is barely legible & all other stampings have been worn smooth. The trigger guard is brass, with an aged patina, displaying similar wear marks as the other metal surfaces. Bore is poor, dark & rough, with pitting throughout. The barrel holds a small blade front sight & the frame has an integrated rear groove. A cool old antique pistol from Old West times.* Antique, No FFL Req. - Value: 600 to 1200
