Remington, Model 4 Rolling Block Take-Down, CAL: marked 32 (believed to be 32 Rim Fire), MFG: 1901-26, SN: 148347, Single Action Rolling Block, 24'' Tapered octagon barrel. The straight grip wood stock is very good & solid, having been cleaned & given an added coat of finish. There is a dowel fill on the belly of the stock, ahead of a small brass tack. Stocks have small contusions, scrapes & dings. The metal blue finish has fully toned to a brown patina, with several nick around the barrel address. Bore is good, with cleaned pitting & roughness amongst strong rifling. The barrel holds a fixed notch rear sight & blade front sight. Stock has a smooth metal buttplate.
