Winchester, Model 52 Target Rifle, CAL: 22 LR, MFG: 1930, SN: 19999, Bolt Action Rifle, Rare 28'' Stainless barrel. The original flat pistol grip & later variation non-groove forend wood stock is excellent, with light scrapes, scratches & dings to the original finish. The metal blue refinish rates 90% overall, with some splotchy areas of thinning on the barrel. Bore is excellent. The receiver holds the correct flip-up ladder sight & the barrel holds a raised front blade sight. No rear sight provision, instead the barrel is fitted with factory scope blocks, which carry Winchester scope rings & a Winchester A5 scope. Proof stamping on receiver & barrel were correctly stamped to the left side allowing for the factory mounted scope. Buttstock carries a checkered metal buttplate. Sling loop on stock & front barrel band. Original Winchester stamped detachable mag. An excellent & very good condition, factory scoped 52 target. Very collectible.
