W.H Davenport, ''Goose Gun'', CAL: 10 Bore, MFG: 1896-1909, SN: 5073, Break Action Single Shot Shotgun, 36'' barrel. The checkered round knob grip wood stock & forend are excellent & solid, with protective oils added over time. There's a small crack on the right side of the wrist. The twisted steel barrel carries the original browned finish, with spots worn to metal grey. The receiver is case-hardened, with visible, but faint case colors. It is mostly worn to metal grey & toned to a brown patina, with intermittent rust spotting. Bore is excellent. The barrel holds a single front bead. No buttplate or recoil pad. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 700 to 1200
