ROF Fazakerley, Model: No4 Mk2, Cal: .303 British, MFG: 1949-55, S/N: A22037, Bolt action rifle, 25 1/4'' Barrel. The semi-pistol grip wood stock is very good with light scratches, nicks, dings, dents, & wear from use/age, white paint marks on right side of stock by buttplate, faint marking of S/N on bottom of stock by muzzle, ''F'' over ''55'' & ''G'' over ''23'' cartouches on bottom of stock by trigger, ''H'' over ''35'' cartouche on bottom of stock right behind magazine. The metal finish rates 80% overall with spots of lightly worn bluing. Left side of receiver is marked, ''No4 MK 2'' S/N, ''F 57 FTR'', & importer markings, S/N matched Bolt, magazine, & stock. Bore is very good, bright with light roughness. Blade front sight with protective ears & white paint on post, two position flip up ladder aperture rear sight marked 2 to 13. brass trapdoor buttplate with original pull through inside. Bottom sling swivels, comes with period correct canvas sling. FFL Or C&R Req - Value: 400 to 800
