Winchester, Model 1894 SRC, CAL: 38-55, MFG: 1920, SN: 922405, Lever Action Rifle, 20'' Round barrel. Full mag. The straight grip wood stock & forend are excellent, with several minor surface scrapes & small contusions to the original finish. The metal blue finish on the barrel rates 90%, 85% on the mag tube. The receiver has mostly worn or faded to a gun metal gray, with a thin brown patina & some original blue remaining in more protected areas. Bore is excellent. The barrel holds a flip-up rear ladder sight & carbine block blade front sight. Buttstock carries a smooth carbine metal buttplate. Original saddle ring. Smooth tight action. A very nice all original SRC. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 2000 to 3000
