Marlin, Model 27S, CAL: .25 RF, MFG. 1913-22, SN: 57, Pump Rifle, Take-down, 24 1/4'' Octagon barrel. The original straight grip wood stocks are very good, appearing to carry the original finish, which has worn thin & is flaking from wear. There are small scuffs, scratches & contusions. The metal finish is 40% on the barrel, while the receiver & mag tube have worn mostly gun metal gray. Fitted with an adjustable rear sight & King front sight. There is an open hole in the upper tang & an open hole in the wood behind the tang & some wood alteration from a previously mounted tang sight. Bore is fair, with roughness amongst worn rifling. Original crescent metal buttplate. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 200 to 400
