Will Call Clients

• First day for W/C pick up is Tuesday 3/3/26
• We will be CLOSED Saturday 3/14/26

- Please call ahead or email us if you are an OUT OF STATE customer and would like to pick up (W/C) your items. We assume Oregon clients are going to Will Call their order. If you are an Oregon client and want your items shipped, please contact us.

- If you have special shipping requests or instructions, please contact us or add those in "Shipping Notes" under the "Shipping" tab.

- ALWAYS INCLUDE YOUR BID NUMBER AND FULL NAME IN YOUR EMAILS TO US!

-Please check your Personal Information under the "My Account" tab to make sure your address and shipping address are up to date. You can see you ship address. 

- If you are a successful bidder on a firearm lot that requires an FFL or C&R, please send the license to our email: eric@wardscollectibles.com, or you can upload the license to your account under "My Account" > "Documents".

- If you are paying by check, we will send you an emailed invoice after we have figured shipping. You can access your invoice via the link in the email and send a check at your convenience. We will also make your invoice available to you under "My Account" > "Invoices". 

- If you are paying by credit card, we will send you an emailed invoice after we have figured shipping. You can access your invoice via the link in the email and pay your bill online at your convenience using the "Pay Invoice" button when you access the link. We will also make your invoice available to you under "My Account" > "Invoices".

NOTE: (Please allow appx. 10-12 business days for all invoices to go out)

IMPORTANT: We do not let any packages leave our facility until ALL items are pulled and accounted for. The first round of PAID packages will be shipped appx. 8-9 business days after the auction ends.

ALL BIDDERS:  If you would like to save on shipping, please request: “I WANT MY ITEMS TO SHIP WITH NO INS. & NO SIG. REQ.” This will save you $7 for the signature required & insurance costs.

* If you choose NO SIG/NO INS and your lots are damaged during shipment, you have no recourse, so there is a risk! *
