SPECTACULAR Winchester, Model 1895 SRC, CAL: .30 ARMY, MFG: 1917, SN: 400729 , Lever Action Rifle, 22'' Tapered round barrel. This is best 1895 SRC we have ever sold & likely one of the best in existence. The original wood stock & forearm, with the military style top handguard are excellent. They carry all the original finish, with virtually no handling marks. The original metal blue finish is bright, rating 99% overall, with the only loss on the right side of the mag from levering the rifle. Bore is excellent & bright, with crisp rifling. The barrel holds a military style rear ladder sight & blade front sight. Stock carries a sliding trapdoor metal carbine buttplate. It carries the desirable saddle ring. This nearly new survivor is absolutely fantastic & deserves to reside in the most prominent of Winchester collections.* FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 7000 to 10000
