Colt, Frontier Six Shooter, CAL: 44-40, MFG: 1899, SN: 190684, Single Action Revolver, 4 3/4'' barrel. The Rampant Colt, checkered hard rubber grips are excellent, with minor dings. The refinished metal blue finish on the barrel, cylinder, trigger guard & grip frame rates 95%, displaying uneven wear, buff marks & minor dings, with some areas beginning to tone to a brown patina. The case-hardened frame displays vivid case-colors. Bore is very good, but appears dark from refinish process. The barrel holds a single blade front sight & integrated groove rear sight. Action & cylinder timing appear to function properly.* FFL or C&R Req - Value: 1500 to 2800
