Winchester, Model 55, marked 30 WCF, MFG: 1930, SN: 1070213, Lever Action Rifle, 24'' Lightweight fast tapered round barrel, 3 round mag, Take-down rifle. The original straight grip wood stocks are excellent, with the original finish & a few minor scuffs or scratches. The original metal blue finish is 98% on barrel & mag. 95% on receiver, with additional loss mainly due to spotty or flaking loss on the breech end of the barrel ring against the receiver & on the lever. Bore is excellent. Adjustable rear & standard front sight, Serrated steel buttplate. Overall excellent original condition. This is one of the rarer Winchester models with only 20,580 model 55 rifles manufactured. This is a very nice, all original take-down rifle, which is sought after amongst collectors.* FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 3000 to 4000
