Remington, Model 12-A, CAL: 22 S.L.LR, MFG: 1936, SN: 65602, Pump Action Rifle, 22'' Round barrel. The straight grip wood stock is good, displaying numerous contusions, scratches & scrapes, with worn finish. The forearm is missing the attachment screws & grommets which secure the forearm in place. There is a 1'' crack in the rear portion of the forend. The metal blue finish has entirely toned to a mix of gun metal gray & spotty brown patina, with some light pitting & speckling. Bore is poor, dark & rough. The barrel holds an adjustable rear sight, missing the elevator, & an open front sight dovetail. Buttstock carries a Remington UMC marked crescent metal buttplate. Missing the magazine tube inner. The rifle needs some parts & possible repair & is sold as-is as, with no return. A good project gun & possible restoration. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 100 to 200
