Description

RARE Winchester, Model 60A, Late Variation, .22 SHORT, LONG AND LONG RIFLE Cal., MFG. 1933-39, SN: None, Bolt Action Single Shot Rifle, Later 27'' Tapered round barrel, but still with the flat muzzle. Rendered ''safe'' by pulling the chocking piece back & turning it clockwise & with the ''safety indicator'' showing safe through a cutout in the top of the bolt. An improved Model 60, which was an improvement on the model 59, This model was produced only 6 years, with only 6113 produced. The original flat pistol grip stock, with finger grooved forend, has been professionally refinish & is excellent. There are very few light scuff & marks. The original metal finish rates 95%, with a few abrasions. Bore is excellent. Original Winchester buttplate. Factory sights. Nickeled trigger & exposed take-down screw. Another rare & collectible example. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 200 to 400
