Springfield Armory. Model: 1898. Cal: 30-40 Krag. MFG: 1903. S/N: 409531. Bolt action Rifle. 21 3/4'' Barrel. The semi pistol grip, cheeked, monte carlo wooden stock is very good with minor scratches, dents & wear from use, chip by rear sling stud. The Re Blued metal finish rates 98% overall. left side of receiver is marked, ''U.S.'', ''MODEL 1898 SPRINGFIELD ARMORY.'' & S/N, left side of barrel is marked ''30-40''. Bore is excellent. Lyman front sight with brass bead, Williams U-notch Rear sight. Upland Game Ventilated Recoil pad, Comes with leather sling. Bottom sling swivels. FFL Or C&R Req. - Value: 150 to 300
