Kokura Arsenal. Model: Type 99. Cal: 7.7 Jap. MFG: 1939-1945. S/N: 65576. Bolt Action Rifle. 25'' Barrel. The semi pistol grip wood stock is very good with scratches, dents, gouges & wear from use/age. The metal finish rates 60% overall with spots of patina & gray. Left side of receiver is marked with S/N, arsenal stamp, top of receiver is marked with Intact chrysanthemum, S/N matched with bolt. Bore is very good with some light roughness in spots, bright with crisp rifling. Barleycorn front sight, fixed aperture rear sight. Wooden buttplate held in with three nails. Side sling swivels. This is a perfect example of a last ditch type 99 with the Rare Intact chrysanthemum! FFL Or C&R Req. - Value: 150 to 300
