BOXED Winchester, Model 94 JOHN WAYNE SADDLE RING CARBINE Commemorative, .32-40 Cal., MFG. 1981, SN: JW 9099, Lever Action Rifle, 18'' barrel, Full Mag. The factory checkered wood stocks are mint, along with the factory finish. The original metal blue finish is 99%, except on the belly of the receiver forward of the lever where there is some flaking of the finish. The satin silver finished receiver is very good, but the left side of the receiver does have spotty areas of corrosion from improper storage. Also satin silver finished large lever loop & barrel bands, which are excellent. Bore is excellent & bright. Inlaid John Wayne medallion in right side of stock. Factory sights. Carbine style metal buttplate. Blued saddle ring has pittting. Looks unfired. Comes in factory styrofoam box, with owner's manual, booklet, hang tag & outer sleeve. Only 49,000 produced.
