Marlin, Model 92, marked 32 Cal., MFG. 1905-06, SN: 349264, Lever Action Rifle, 24'' Octagon barrel, Full mag. The original wood stocks are excellent, with several minor scrapes, scratches & contusions to the thinning original finish. Much of the thinning finish is on the belly of the forend. The original metal blue finish rates 50% on the barrel & 20% on the receiver, with the mag tube mostly worn to a thin brown patina. The case-hardened lever & hammer have lost most of the case-colors. The barrel carries an adjustable rear sight & small blade front sight. Bore is very good, but with roughness & cleaned pitting amongst thinning rifling. The stock carries the original carbine style metal buttplate. Action remains tight & smooth. Comes with an additional firing pin in baggie, which it is unknown if this is simply an extra or if ithe part needs to be swapped for proper firing. A very nice, original lever rifle.
