Remington, Model 8, .25 REM CAL, MFG. 1913, SN: 31430, Semi-Auto Rifle, 22'' barrel. The original round knob pistol gripped wood stocks are very good & solid. The finish has worn & been lightly sanded to even it out & has been reoiled leaving a hand oiled appearance. There are numerous minor scrapes, scratches & contusions remaining on the wood . The metal blue finish has been professionally reblued rating 95% overall. The barrel has standard adjustable rear & front blade sights. Bore is very good, but dark amongst strong rifling. Stock carries the Remington plastic buttplate. 5 rd fixed magazine. A good looking, partially restored, round knob rifle in the collectible .25 caliber. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 500 to 1000
