Springfield Armory, Model: U.S. Rifle M1A, Cal: .308 Win, MFG: Modern, S/N: 284322, Semi-auto rifle, 18'' barrel, 21'' with Springfield's proprietary muzzle brake. The original checkered, semi-pistol grip, black synthetic stock is excellent, like new. The parkerized metal finish rates 99% overall. The rear of the receiver is marked ''US RIFLE M1A'', ''SPRINGFIELD'', ''ARMORY'', & the S/N. The barrel fitted with a 4'' picatinny rail & National Match front sight with protective wings. The rear of the receiver holds a windage & elevation adjustable, aperture rear sight. Receiver mounted with a Springfield Armory side mounted rail system, Bore is excellent. The stock carries a solid rubber recoil pad. Sling loops. 3'' accessory picatinny rail on the belly of the foregrip. Comes with four 10 rd & four 20 round magazines. Also comes with the original owner's manual, a combination cleaning tool & brush. An overall excellent, modern Springfield M1A.* FFL Req. - Value: 1400 to 2000
