Winchester, Model 1890, 3rd model, .22 WRF Cal., MFG. 1928, SN:789539, Pump Action Rifle, 21'' octagon barrel. The original Winchester wood stock is very good & solid, carrying the original finish with some possible added oils over time. There are some minor contusions & nicks mostly to the forend, with 5 punch dots in the belly of the forend. The original metal blue finish has worn gun metal gray, with spotty areas of a thin brown patina. There is several areas of pitting on barrel & mag tube. Bore is very good & bright, however there is a significant bulge 2/3rds up the barrel. Adjustable rear & small blade sights. Crescent metal buttplate. Retaining brakets for mag tube are loose in dovetails. Upper tang has modern filler screw. Likely remains a good shooter, with a full 8 1/2'' of remaining good bore after the bulge. Due to bulge, rifle is being sold ''AS-IS'' with no returns. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 200 to 400
