Winchester, Model 1900, CAL: .22 SHORT& LONG, MFG: 1900, SN: NONE, Bolt Action Rifle, 18'' Round tapered barrel. This is the early variation without the model # stamped on barrel. The original wood stock is good, with numerous small contusions, gouges & scrapes. The original finish has darkened with age & use, & it carries an additional layer of finish. There are a couple of hariline cracks coming off the buttend. The original metal blue finish has worn thin, with about 40% remaininig. The bore is good, with spots of cleaned pitting & corrosion amongst thinning rifling. Barrel carries a small fixed rear & small blade front sights. Buttstock carries no buttplate, which is correct for this model. Collectible early production variation. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 200 to 400
