Savage, Model 1904, CAL: 22 S,L,LR, MFG: 1904-31, SN: 91553, Bolt Action Rifle, 18'' barrel. The original straight grip wood stock is very good & solid, having been lightly sanded & nicely refinished. There remains minor contusions, nicks & scratches. The metal blue finish has been professionally restored to 95%, but with some cleaned pitting under the blue on the buttplate & trigger guard. Bore is fair, with lots of cleaned roughness & pitting amongst worn rifling. The barrel holds an adjustable rear sight & small blade front sight. Buttstock carries a metal buttplate. Serpentine trigger guard. Presents well. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 100 to 200
