Description

J.C. Higgins (Sears), Model 103 16 (Marlin 80), Marked .22 S, L, LR Cal., MFG. 1946-62, SN: None, Bolt Action Rifle, 24'' round barrel. The original flat pistol grip wood stock is excellent, having been lightly sanded & refinished. There remains several minor scrapes, scratches & contusions. The original metal blue finish rates 85% overall. The bore is excellent & bright. The receiver is mounted with a Weaver G6 small bore scope on a N2 mount, while the barrel carries an adjustable rear missing the elevator & front blade sights. The stock carries the original plastic buttplate. Detachable mag. Nickeled bolt, bolt handle & trigger. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 150 to 300
