BOXED, Smith & Wesson, .32 Safety Hammerless ''New Departure'' - 2nd Model, CAL: 32 S&W SHORT, MFG: 1902-09, SN: 118340, Double Action Revolver, 3'' barrel. The top of the barrel is marked with the standard two line address & patent dates. The left side of the barrel is marked ''32 S&W CTG''. The right side of the frame is stamped with the S&W trademark logo. The center/bottom of the logo has been buffed thin. The S&W monogram checkered hard rubber grips are very good & solid. There are minor contusions, dings & some of the checkereing is beginning to wear smooth. The nickel finish has been fully & professionally restored. The finish rates 95% overall, with areas of light oxidization/haze. Bore is good & bright, with intermittent roughness & light pitting. Small fixed V-notch rear sight & pinned blade front sight. Comes in original period correct box, with matching end label, instructions on the inner lid & tissue packing paper. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 300 to 600
