CASED, Colt, Thuer Derringer - 3rd Model, CAL: .41 RF, MFG: 1875-1912, SN: 32845, Single Shot Pistol, 2 1/2'' barrel. The top of the barrel is marked ''COLT'' with some portions worn thin. The SN can be seen under the grip & a partial matching SN on the bottom of the barrel. The left side of the frame is marked ''.41 CAL''. The original wood grips are very good & solid. There are some minor scrapes to the finish. The brass frame has a nice aged patina. The barrel has fully worn to metla gray, with a thin brown patina, spotting & intermittent pitting. Both the frame & barrel have some chatter marks. Bore is good, with roughness & light pitting. Small blade front sight. Comes in custom wood case, with red interior. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 300 to 500
