Winchester Model 1892 SRC, CAL: .32-20 WCF, MFG: 1914, SN: 764031, Lever Action Rifle, 20'' round barrel, Full mag. The original straight grip gum wood stocks are excellent. There are several minor contusions & light scratches excellent original finish, with the beginnings of haze or thinning found on the stock. This example's wood is well above average for a the softer gum era wood. The original metal blue finish rates an even 85% on barrel, 90% on mag tube & 70% on the receiver due to spotty Winchester flaking loss on sides & carry wear on the belly. The majority of blue is retained on the lever. Bore is excellent & bright. Barrel fitted with the correct carbine adjustable flip-up ladder rear & standard carbine box front sights. Smooth metal carbine buttplate. Smooth tight action. A very nice & solid SRC in original collectors condition, FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 2500 to 3500
