Remington Model 721, CAL: 270 WIN, MFG: 1948-61, SN: 447433, Bolt Action Rifle, 25'' barrel. The checkered, cheeked & capped pistol grip Monte Carlo wood stock is excellent, with several minor handling marks, scratches & contusions to the original finish. The metal blue finish rates 98% overall, with the receiver starting to tone plum. No markings on the barrel. Bore is excellent. The rifle carries a period correct Weaver V9 50 ft to 1000yd scope, mounted on Redfield block & rings. The barrel has no open sight provisions. Buttstock carries a Dupont Grand-Luxe ventilated recoil pad. Sling studs. A very nice utilitarian hunting rifle in a popular deer hunting caliber. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 500 to 800
