Sako, Model TRG-22, CAL: 308 WIN. MFG: Modern, Finland, SN: F30125, Bolt Action Rifle, 26'' 1:11 barrel, 28'' including muzzle brake. This Sako TRG-22 Green rifle has proven itself in the CISM Competitions & the 300 Meter ISSF Standard Rifle Competition as a very accurate rifle for marksmen. Its being used as a primary sniper rifle by multiple nations. Its solid barrel & action frame are made of cold hammer-forged special steel alloy, for optimal durability. The sturdy bolt feeds the cartridges seamlessly out of the detachable magazine (10 rounds), into the chamber. This particular bolt chambers the cartridges quickly because of its convenient 60 degree bolt lift. The double stage triggers pull can be adjusted from 2 to 5lbs. Sako has reinforced the TRG-22s composite stock with lightweight aluminum. This ergonomically formed stock is suited for left & right-handed shooters. The cheek rest can be adjusted to the right & left, but also in height with the use of spacers. The stock on this example is excellent, with few handling marks. The satin gray metal finish on the barrel, receiver, & trigger guard is excellent. Bore is excellent. Receiver mounted with a USA made Burris Extreme Tactical XTR-624 scope mounted on the factory provided Weaver/ Picatinny rail, with no open sight provisions on the barrel. Buttstock carries the factory solid black rubber recoil pad. Quick slide release bi-pod. Sling provisions. An extremely high quality modern target or sniper rifle, which has been further upgraded with its scope. FFL Req. - Value: 3000 to 4500
