Husqvarna Vapenfabriks, Model Studsare NV. 26, CAL: .25-20, MFG: 1926-42, SN: 8589, Swedish Bolt Action Single Shot Rifle, 25 1/8'' Octagon barrel. ''Studsare'' translates to ''rifle'' in Swedish. The rifle has a scaled down version of the Mauser 1871 style action. The original checkered & round pistol grip wood stock is excellent. There are numerous tiny to minor handling marks, scratches & light contusion to the finish, which is a combination of the original finish & an added thin layer. The original metal blue finish rates 90% overall. The case-hardened bolt displays muted case-colors. Bore is very good, with some cleaned roughness amongst strong rifling. The barrel carries a dovetail two leaf rear sight for 60 & 120m & a pinched blade front sight. The stock carries a smooth metal buttplate & sling loop, with the second sling loop mounted on the barrel. An excellent looking small caliber varmint rifle. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 300 to 600
