Winchester, Model 62, .22 S. L. & L.R. Cal., MFG. 1938 SN: 76378A, Pump Action Rifle, 23'' Round tapered barrel, Pre-war production with early small forearm, The original wood stocks are excellent & solid, with few tiny finish level scratches & contusions the original finish. The metal blue finish is 90% on barrel. 80% on the mag tube, while the receiver displays 50% blue, with the rest flaking to a thin brown patina. Bore is excellent. Fitted with a rare Marbles Simplex tang sight, while the barrel carries factory sights. Original Winchester checkered black plastic buttplate. Collectible as an early pre-war & small forearm rifle in original condition. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 1000 to 1500
