Winchester, Model 1897 Take-Down, Two Barrel Set, CAL: 16 GA, MFG: 1908, SN: 436671, Pump Action Shotgun, Choke: MOD & CYL, 2 3/4'', 28'' & 26'' barrels. Matching SN's found on the receiver & both barrels. The special order walnut, flat pistol grip stock & corncob forend are excellent & solids. The stock displays fantastic rippled grain. The stock & forend display minor scratches, scrapes & contusions to the original finish. There is a small grain pop on the right side of the stock.. The original metal blue finish rates 90% on the MOD barrel, 70% on the CYL barrel & 60% on the receiver. Bores are excellent. Barrels holds a single front bead. Stock carries the original checkered plastic buttplate. LOP 13 1/2''. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 1000 to 2000
