Updated 8/11/25: FN (Browning) Auto-5, CAL: 12GA, MFG: Late 1930's, SN: 226551, Semi Auto Shotgun, Choke: Full, 2 3/4'' Chamber, 25 1/2'' barrel. Standard markings on the left side of the barrel alongside multiple proof marks. The left side of the receiver has standard markings, the right side has proof marks. Full SN on the bottom of the receiver. The checkered round knob stock & plain forend are excellent. The stocks have been cleaned, with an added layer of finish. There are light scratches, scrapes & dings to the applied finish. The forend is most likely a replacement. The original metal blue finish rates 90% on the barrel & the receiver rates 70%. Bore is excellent, with visible light wear from honest use. The ventilated rib holds a single front bead. Stock carries a Red Head ventilated red rubber recoil pad. Mechanical operation appears to function properly. LOP: 14 3/4'' overpad. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 400 to 800
