Harrington & Richardson, Model 1900, CAL: 12 GA, MFG: 1901-16, SN: 179608, Tip Up Single Shot Shotgun, Choke: CYL, 30'' Barrel. The wood stock and forend are fair, The stock is loose with substantial handling wear, dings and scratches. The toe of the stock appears to have been broken off at some point and glued back on. The forend is solid with substantial handling wear, dings, and scratches. The gun metal grey barrel and frame are covered in a thin layer of brown patina with very heavy rust speckling throughout. Bore is poor, very dark with constant pitting throughout. Mechanically solid, seems to function well. The barrel holds a front bead sight. There is a non-factory rear sight notch that appears to have been soldered to the top of the barrel. The stock has the factory H&R checkered plastic buttplate, the buttplate is very worn and the lower 1/5th of the plate has broken off. LOP is currently set at 13 3/4''.
