CASED Colt, Single Action Army, CAL: 45 Colt, MFG: 1961, SN: 4619AM, Single Action Revolver. 7 1/2'' barrel. The Colt medallion wood grips are in excellent condition. The blued finish rates 98% with some rust in less visible areas such as under the hammer and behind the cylinder. There are some splotches that have worn down and toned to a mix of gun metal grey and brown patina, most notably on the loading gate and at the end of the ejector housing. The brass frame is in excellent condition. The side of the barrel is marked -125th ANNIVERSARY - S.A.A. MODEL .45 CAL. -. Bore is excellent. Mechanically very solid, the cylinder has very little side to side and back and forth play. Front blade sight is integral to the barrel, rear sight trough is cut into the top of the frame. Comes in a red felt lined wooden case with a 125th anniversary commemorative medallion. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 1200 to 2400
