Remington, shortened Pattern 1913 bayonet with sheath & frog. Metal was re-finished with a gray parkerized finish. Markings on blade are faded from re-finish, left side of ricasso is marked ''1913'' over ''2'' ''16'' over ''REMINGTON'' inside a circle, right side of ricasso marked with British proofs. The parkerized finish retains almost full coverage with spots of gray on the blade from sheath wear. Smooth wood grips with two notches in each grip to ID it as a patter 1913, & not a pattern 1907 for the SMLE. The sheath has a green paint finish over the metal & leather, paint flaking/wearing off showing brown leather & gun metal gray. Leather frog has a few scuffs & dings. The back of the sheath is marked ''GF'' in a circle. Grade: Excellent - Value: 30 to 90
