Winchester, Model 1894 TAKE-DOWN, marked 32 W.S., MFG: 1905, SN: 274973, Lever Action Rifle, 26'' Octagon Barrel, 1/2 mag. The original wood stocks are excellent, with minor scuffs, thin scratches & contusions to the original thinning finish, which also has an added thin protective layer on the stock. The original factory metal blue finish rates 95% on barrel & mag tube, but with some haze from an even light speckling. The receiver has an even brown patina, with some speckled remains of original blue. The case-hardened lever & hammer display remnants of case-colors. Bore is very good & bright. The barrel is fitted with the Smokeless 32 WS-M94 50 & 100 YDS rear sight & a brass blade front sight. Original crescent metal buttplate. Tight smooth action. An very nice original condition take-down 1894 rifle. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 2750 to 3500
