Savage, Model 340, CAL: 30-30, MFG: 1950-68, SN: None, Bolt Action Rifle, 22'' Round barrel. The updated Bishop cheeked, checkered & capped pistol grip wood stock is excellent, with rosewood forend cap. There are virtually no handling marks to the excellent finish & excellent sharp checkering. The metal blue refinish rates 99% overall, trigger guard & mag show additional wear. Bore is excellent & bright. The receiver carries a Weaver 1'' side mount scope base & ring set ready for a scope, while the has an open rear dovetail & ramped Marbles Sheard blade front sight, The buttstock carries a Bishop checkered plastic buttplate. Sling studs Original detachable mag. Sling loops. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 250 to 450
