Custom Built Rifle, Built from a Fabrique Nationale Belgium M1924 Action, CAL: 270 WIN, MFG: 1924-30 Action, SN: 12488, Bolt Action Rifle, 24'' Round barrel. The custom cheeked & capped pistol grip Monte Carlo style wood stock is excellent, with slanted rosewood forend tip & pistol grip cap. The stock exhibits inlays on the forend tip, sides of the stock under receiver, right side of lower stock & pistol cap. There are a few very minor scratches, scrapes & scuffs to the excellent finish. Overall appearance of the stock is excellent. The metal blue finish rates 95% overall. The receiver carries a Weaver 12-1 4-12 scope on Buehler mounts, with no open sight provisions on the barrel. The barrel has only the caliber marking, while the receiver carries the SN stampings. Bore is excellent. Stock carries a Pachmayr White-line ventilated recoil pad. Sling studs missing. Jeweled bolt.
