BOXED Winchester Model 9422 ''TRIBUTE'', CAL: 22 S.L.LR, MFG: 2005, SN: FTS2864, Lever Action Rifle, 20'' barrel. Grooved receiver. The Winchester 9422 Tribute rifle was a special run of 9,422 rifles produced in 2005 to commemorate the end of the Winchester 9422's production run. The Model 9422 was manufactured from 1972 to 2005. The original checkered, straight grip wood stocks are excellent, displaying factory finish & virtually no handling marks. The original metal blue finish rates 100% overall. Receiver is engraved ''Model 9422 Tribute'' on the left, with the Winchester horse & rider on the right. Barrel holds an adjustable rear elevator sight & large hood front sight. Bore is excellent. Buttstock carries a factory Winchester, checkered, black plastic buttplate. Comes in the original SN matching box, with outer sleave & original outer shipping box, with the original hanging tag & paperwork. Basically NOS & an overall excellent limited production rifle.
