J. Stevens Arms & Tool Co., Model 355, CAL; 12GA, MFG: 1907-16, SN: 5706, Break Action SxS, 30'' barrels. The checkered, capped pistol grip stocks are very good & solid. There are surface level scrapes, scratches, dings & areas of flaking/thinning finish. The forend has been sanded & refinished, with smoothed contusions, dings & scrapes. The original blued finish on the barrel has worn to a mix of metal gray, brown patina & remaining blue. The case-hardened frame retains a few visible area of case-color, but mostly worn to metal gray & toned to a brown patina. Bores are very good & bright, with striations from use. The solid matted rib holds a single front bead. Stock has a factory Stevens checkered plastic buttplate. Back trigger does not fire. We recommend this shotgun be inspected by a licensed gunsmith before use. SOLD AS IS NO RETURNS. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 100 to 250
