Ward's Western Field (Stevens), Model 52-SB311-TA (Model 311A), CAL: 12GA, MFG: 1951, SN: NONE, SxS Shotgun, 2 3/4'' Chamber, 30'' barrel. The checkered flat pistol grip stocks are excellent, having been refinished at one time. There are contusions, scrapes & dings throughout. The blued finish on the barrel rates 50% & the receiver rates 40%, with a thick black finish remaining in the crevices of the barrel rib. Bores are very good & bright, with intermittent patches of roughness. The solid matted rib holds a small mid-rib bead & front bead. Stock has a ventilated recoil pad. Double triggers. The side of the barrels don't sit flush to the shoulders on the receiver. We recommend this shotgun be inspected by a licensed gunsmith before use. SOLD AS IS NO RETURNS.
