Winchester, Model 42 Deluxe, CAL : 410 GA., MFG: 1951, SN: 100384, Pump Action, 3'' Chamber, Choke: FULL marking, 28'' barrel. The original capped pistol grip wood stocks are excellent. There is one small 1/2'' crack coming off the top tang & small repaired crack on the left. The finish is excellent. The original blued finish rates 98% on barrel, 97% on receiver, 70% on the mag tube. Bore is excellent. Single front bead. Buttstock carries a Winchester checkered plastic buttplate, appears to be a correct replacement. The barrel band has a small shim slipped in on the left side of the barrel. A nice example of a Deluxe 42. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 2500 to 4500
