Colt, Bisley Model, CAL: 32 WCF, MFG: 1905, SN: 257045, SAO Revolver, 4 3/4'' Barrel. The checkered vulcanized rubber grips with Rampant Colt logos are very good, solid with thinned checkering & a large chunk missing from the bottom of the left grip panel. The gun appears to have been reblued a some point. The blued finish on the gun rates 98% with minimal wear. There is a faint drag line on the cylinder, the barrel & ejector housing have light holster wear near the muzzle. The markings on the gun have thinned, likely from being buffed during the reblue process. The standard two line patent roll stamp on the top of the barrel has thinned substantially but is still visible & legible. The roll stamped mark on the side of the barrel reading '' (Bisley Model) 32 W.C.F.'' has thinned substantially, the model marking is no longer legible but the caliber marking is. The standard two line patent roll stamp on the side of the frame & the Rampant Colt logo are still visible & legible. The serial numbers on the frame, trigger guard, & backstrap are all visible, legible, & matching. Bore is fair, the rifling has thinned & the bore has darkened with even roughness throughout & substantial pitting. Mechanically solid, seems to function well. The action has all four distinct clicks that one would expect from a SAA. The clicks in the action are very tactile & audible. A fixed front sight is integral to the barrel, a rear sight notch is cut into the frame. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 1200 to 2400
