Smith & Wesson, Model 53-2, CAL: 22 Remington Jet (W/ factory 22 LR inserts), MFG: 1973, SN: 4K48322, DA/SA Revolver, 5 7/8'' Barrel. The factory checkered wood grips with ''S&W'' medallions are excellent with minimal wear. The factory blue finish rates approximately 99% with minimal wear & a pronounced drag line on the cylinder from use. All of the standard markings around the gun are crisp. Bore is excellent, bright with strong rifling. Mechanically solid, seems to function well. The barrel holds a serrated fixed front ramp sight with some red nail polish. A windage & elevation adjustable rear sight is mounted to the top of the frame. Comes with six factory chamber inserts to convert the firearm from 22 Remington Jet to 22 LR.
