Smith & Wesson, Model 15-3 ''Combat Masterpiece'', CAL: 38 SPL, MFG: 1969, SN: K921732, DA/SA Revolver, 4'' Barrel. The factory checkered wood grips with ''S&W'' Medallions are very good with some edge chipping around the checkering & age soiling. The factory blued finish rates approximately 85% with some surface scratches, edge wear, & wear from use. There is a gun metal gray drag line. The barrel near the muzzle has thinned from holster wear exposing gun metal grey. There is some patina in the serrations of the front strap backstrap. All of the standard markings around the gun are visible & legible. Bore is excellent, bright with strong rifling. Mechanically solid, seems to function well. The barrel holds a serrated fixed front ramp sight. A windage & elevation adjustable rear sight is mounted to the top of the frame. Comes in a Smith & Wesson box with wax paper, a dry fire target, & an owners manual. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 500 to 800
