Ruger, Single Six, CAL: 22 LR, MFG: 1957, SN: 87898, SAO Revolver, 5 1/2'' Barrel. The factory wood grips with Ruger medallions are very good with some handling wear, dings, scuffs, & surface scratches throughout. The backstrap & trigger guard are a metal gray with some scratches & wear from use. The blued finish on the frame has toned to an even plumb patina with some edge wear & scuffs. The blue ion the barrel, cylinder, & ejector housing have all thinned with substantial handling wear. All of the standard markings around the gun are crisp. Bore is excellent, bright with strong rifling. Mechanically solid, seems to function well. The barrel holds a fixed front sight. A fixed rear sight is set in a dovetail cut on the top of the frame.
