Colt, National Match Government Model 1911, CAL: 45 ACP, MFG: 1957, SN: 1344-NM, Single Action Semi Auto Pistol, 5'' Barrel. The factory checkered wood grips with Colt medallions are in excellent condition. The original blued finish on the sides of the slide and frame rates approximately 98% with small surface scratches around the gun and very light edge wear. The matte finish on the gun is very good with some wear and surface scratches. Bore is very good, bright with rifling that is thinned but still very pronounced. Mechanically solid, seems to function well. The parts fitment is good with play in the frame and slide one would expect from a factory Colt 1911. The bottom left grip screw is missing. The slide holds a windage and elevation adjustable all black rear sight and a fixed black front sight. Comes in a reproduction wood grain colt box with wax paper.
