CASED, Colt, Anaconda, CAL: .45 COLT, MFG: 1996, SN: MM53913, Double Action Revolver, 4'' barrel. The Colt Anaconda was introduced in 1990, in caliber 44 Mag & 45 Colt to compete in the popular large-bore Magnum pistol market. The Anaconda was built on the new & heavier large ''MM''-frame & was only produced in stainless steel, with different finishes available. This example is more desired by collectors with the 4'' barrel & also being chambered in .45 COLT, which brings an additional 20% premium according to the Blue Book. The left side of barrel is stamped ''COLT ANACONDA -- 45 COLT -- ''. The silver Colt medallion textured rubber grips are excellent. The polished stainless steel finish is excellent & minty. Bore is excellent. The frame holds a white outline ''U'' notch rear sight & front blade sight, with orange insert. This gun comes in an original Colt blue plastic case. FFL Req. - Value: 2500 to 4500
