Winchester, Model 58, CAL: 22 S,L,LR, MFG: 1928-31, SN: NONE, Bolt Action Rifle, 18'' barrel. This is a fairly rare rifle as only 38,992 were produced during the four years of production. The straight grip wood stock is very good, having been sanded & refinished. There is a 4'' glue repaired stress crack on the right side upper edge under the receiver & a 5'' one on the left side. Nicely repaired before the refinish, with very few handling marks remaining. The metal blue finish has toned to a full coverage brown patina. Bore is excellent. Factory fixed sights. Produced without a buttplate. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 150 to 300
