Remington, Model 8, 32 REM CAL, MFG. 1916, SN: 38138, Semi-Auto Rifle, 22'' barrel. The original round knob pistol gripped wood stocks are very good & solid. The finish on the stock has either worn or been stripped away leaving a hand oiled appearance. The schnabel forend carries more of the original finish, wearing thin on the belly. There are numerous minor to small scrapes, scratches & contusions, mostly on the forend.. The metal blue finish has been professionally restored rating 95% overall, with a few spotty areas of loss long both receiver & barrel. The barrel has standard adjustable rear & front blade sights. Bore is excellent. Stock carries the Remington UMC upper tang crescent metal buttplate, which has fully worn silver. 5 rd fixed magazine. A good looking, partially restored, round knob rifle with the crescent metal buttplate. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 700 to 1000
